Terminal Supervisor (Brisbane)

Position

We have a vacancy for a full time Terminal Supervisor for our Brisbane Terminal for an immediate start. As the Supervisor you will report to the National Terminals Manager, and be responsible for: Customer Service and complaints handling: , timesheet administration : reservations and Freight enquires; open and closing of terminal: cash handling, manifest costing and banking reconciliations: : seat allocations and departure manifests: and providing sales reports.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills are critical. You will need to be able to lead and manage staff, prioritise duties, deal with a wide variety of people and possess a good geographical knowledge of Australia. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will be required to work shift work on both weekdays and weekends.
