Central Queensland Summer Deals Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Greyhound Australia (ABN. 59 104 326 383) at 595 Curtin Ave East, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.
3. The officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. The Promotion commences on 1ST December 2009 at 00.01am AEST. Entries close 28th February 2010 23.59pm AEST.
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must book their travel through the Greyhound website, travel on a Greyhound service over the duration of the promotion and sign up or be an existing member of the Greyhound Encompass program.
7. Prize will be drawn on Thursday 11th March 2010 at 11am at Greyhound Head Office, 595 Curtin Ave East, Eagle Farm QLD 4009
8. Prize winner will be notified by email within 1 week of the draw date.
9. Bookings with incomplete or invalid contact details (phone number and email address) will be ineligible to enter.
10. The prize includes two prizes each consisting of; 10,000 Kilometre Pass, $500 cash card, ipod touch, greyhound cap, greyhound credit card bottle opener, greyhound carry bag and Greyhound 1GB USB memory stick.
11. The prize will be drawn and awarded to the first two completed entries drawn.
12. Greyhound 10,000 Kilometre pass must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of the draw.
13. Total prize pool, valued at $4,302. Each winner (2) prize worth $2,151.
14. Prize is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion; and is not redeemable for cash.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
17. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter may cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any written direction from the various lottery departments.
18. Eligible Entrants enter and participate in the promotion at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
20. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at their absolute discretion. Prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
