Itinerary

DAY 1 – HERVEY BAY – FRASER ISLAND

Swim with turtles at Basin Lake
Visit Central Station, the old logging community
Walk along the boardwalks at Wangoolba Creek viewing rare king ferns
Visit Pile Valley and the giant satinay trees
Swim at Lake Mackenzie

DAY 2 – FRASER ISLAND

Experience Beach driving along the 75mile beach highway
Walk or swim along Eli Creek
Visit the rusting hull of the Maheno Shipwreck
Relax in the Champagne Pools
Climb up Indian Head and enjoy the magnificent view of the Coral Sea
- Day 2 passengers depart after dinner approx 8pm

DAY 3 – FRASER ISLAND – HERVEY BAY

Trek through the Island to Lake Wabby
Walk up Hammerstone Sandblow
Swim in the clear blue waters of Lake Birrabeen
