Experience Australia’s top end with its beautiful scenery, pristine waterfalls and Gorges. Relax and enjoy the spirit of the Outback with this two day tour.

Day 1: Leaving Darwin and headed for Litchfield National Park you will visit the Magnetic Termite Mounds, magnificent waterfalls of Tolmer, Wangi, Florence and the beautiful Buley Rockhole. After lunch there is time for a swim at the falls, before continuing to Katherine via Adelaide River.

Day 2: From Katherine you will be transfered to Nitmiluk Gorge for a lovely cruise along Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge. Afterwards visit the Katherine Museum then lunch at Pine Tree Motel followed by a relaxing swim in the Katherine Hot Springs and tour of Springvale Homestead (one of the oldest standing homesteads in Northern Territory).

Budget / Safari OR Motel Accommodation is included in this tour, you must choose the type of accommodation you wish to stay for the duration of the trip at the time of booking.

DAY 1 LITCHFIELD NATIONAL PARK
  • Unique magnetic termite mounds standing up two metres tall
  • Visit the cascading pools of Buley Rockpool
  • Swim in the magnificent falls of Tolmer, Wangi, and Florence surrounded by Lush monsoonal rainforest
  • Watch out for the saltwater crocodiles as we pass through the Adelaide River
  • Spend the evening in Katherine winding down for another adventurous day.
