Information on how to enter; forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
1. The Promoter is Greyhound Australia (ABN. 59 104 326 383) at 595 Curtin Ave East, Eagle Farm QLD 4009. 2. Entry is only open to all persons over the age of 18 and only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 3. The Promotion commences Promotion commences on 3rd May 2010. Entries close 30th September, 2010. 4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete in full The Big Greyhound Grab survey form. Survey forms are available to be completed either online at greyhound.com.au or by locating a form on-board a Greyhound coach. 5. The prizes are 5 Greyhound 2000km Travel Pass valued at $ 382each Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other form of barter. 6. Prizes will be drawn monthly on; 15th June, 15th July, 16th August, 16th September and 15th October 2010 at 595 Curtin Ave East, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 at 11.00am. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win. Winners will be notified by email. 7.Prizes that remain unclaimed will be re-drawn on Friday 14th October 2011 at 213 Holt St, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 at 11am. 8. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to notify the Promoter of any change of contact detail during the promotional period. 9. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter may cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any written direction. 10. Eligible Entrants enter and participate in the promotion at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 11. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
