In 2014, Greyhound invested in brand new coaches that deliver superior passenger comfort and more reliable on time services. We are so confident with our new fleet that we would like to introduce our "Get You There" guarantee!
This guarantee is a promise to our passengers that every service will:
- Have no mechanical issues
Here at Greyhound we understand that travel interruptions happen. So in the unlikely event that our coaches arrive / depart late or has a mechanical fault that causes a delay of 2 hours or more, we’ll give you your next trip FREE!*

Terms and Conditions
- Excludes disruptions caused outside of Greyhound Australia's control (e.g flood, roadworks, storms etc)
- Delay must be 2 hours or more to qualify
- Complimentary ticket will be provided for the same value and route only
- Applies to tickets only; excludes passes, packages and adventures
- Does not cover subsequent costs incurred due to the delay; maximum refund is face value of ticket
- Not applicable to customers advised of the delay prior to boarding
