Get to know some of Australia’s fascinating creatures with our Southern Ocean Wildlife Adventure. Enjoy three days exploring the beautiful Eyre Peninsula, with stops to view and greet some of the country’s iconic wildlife.

An unreal experience not to be missed, you’ll also travel on the Sea SA Ferry visiting Port Lincoln National Park, Glen Forest Wildlife Park and many more local sights.


Day one:

  • Day one starts with a drive from Adelaide to Eyre Peninsula via Port Augusta and Whyalla
  • After arriving, you’ll check in to your accommodation then head out to Mikkira Station to wander around the beautiful bushland and visit the koalas

Day two:

  • After breakfast, you’ll have two options:
  • Cruise to Neptune Islands and take in the spectacular coastal scenery. You can also go cage diving and come face-to-face with a Great White shark (additional cost)
  • or choose to walk a scenic trail, visiting the Railway Museum or Art Gallery

Day three:

  • On your last day you’ll get the opportunity to swim and splash with the puppies of the ocean, the Australian Sea Lion (additional cost). Sailing out to Hopkins Island, you’ll also get to spot some dolphins
  • Or if you prefer, you can stay on dry land, spending the day in Port Lincoln and indulging in a  seafood lunch
  • In the afternoon, you’ll return to Adelaide, wrapping up your wildlife adventure


  • You can upgrade to a twin private room for $180pp (subject to availability)
  • The Shark Cage Dive on day two is available for $495
  • Swim with Sea Lions and Dolphins on day three is available for $195


The tour operates every Saturday and departs from Adelaide Bus Station, 85 Franklin Street, at 6am. The tour will then return on Monday evening at approx. 7pm.
