Greyhound Australia will regularly update this website to keep you notified of delays to scheduled services due to natural disasters, road closures etc. which are out of the control of Greyhound Australia.
Permanent changes to scheduled timetables for Greyhound Services will also be listed here. The latest timetables will be available on the Timetables page.
If Greyhound Australia is responsible for service delays of two hours or more due to circumstances of our own control, eg. breakdowns, flat tyres, accidents, we will offer you a complimentary ticket to the same value of the ticket purchased for the affected journey only.
While Greyhound Australia takes full care to ensure our services are not disrupted, we accept no liability for delays, financial loss or disruptions caused by natural disasters eg. flooding, landslides, road closures, bushfires. If you are inconvenienced due to a natural disaster, a Natural Disaster Declaration Form must be completed and signed and returned to a Greyhound Travel Centre or a driver upon boarding the coach.
For further updates on Greyhound service delays please call our National Call Centre on 1300 473 946 during office hours.
