- Travel passes: Full refund less 10% fee if cancelled before first trip. No refund after travel commences
- Changes: Advantage fares can change date and time up to 24 hours before travel. Flexible fares can change up to 1 hour before travel, online or 15 minutes before travel via call centre
- Missed buses: Travel pass holders can re-book but won't receive any additional days. Ticket holders forfeit the trip
