Spend Australia Day in Australia’s most iconic city! Word on the street is that Sydney’s most iconic landmarks including The Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and The Rocks are the places will be packed full of events and entertainment.

The celebrations begin at 7:30am with a traditional smoking ceremony followed by a morning ceremony with indigenous dancers and singers to celebrate the world’s oldest living culture. Then why not continue your day by heading over to Bradfield Park by the Sydney Harbour for BBQ by the Bridge where you can take in all the Sydney Harbour festivities including the Australia Day Harbour Parade, whilst enjoying barbequed cuisines from around the world. Live music will also take centre stage on Australia Day with free concerts taking place all over Sydney. Take your kids to see the Wiggles performing at Tumbalong Park in Darling Harbour. Or for those that love the nightlife, Live at the Quay kicks off at Circular Quay at 4pm with live DJ sets and is a great vantage point to see the 9pm fireworks show.
