HOW TO USE

Once purchased simply book your travel and accommodation by following the below steps

Travel

To Book travel create your own personal My Greyhound account. From there you’ll have 24/7 access to book your seat on any one of our coaches in real-time. Pre-plan your trip, wing it or change your plans as often as you like, it doesn’t matter – and it won’t cost you a cent.

Accommodation

Book accommodation directly with Drifter, through the Drifter App. They will send you the pass details via email and once activated you can book through the Drifter website/App.  You will need to provide at least 48 hours notice prior to first night stay. We recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. Any issues contact 1800 180 288.

IMPORTANT INFO

Important Information

  • DriftHound package components must be used in conjunction with each other and cannot be used separately
  • Package is non-transferrable
  • East Coast Pass is valid for consecutive days of East Coast Travel from first travel date
  • First day of travel is to commence within 12 months of purchase date
  • Accommodation booking is subject to availability
  • During peak periods, both beds and buses do book out. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment
  • Stays cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of check in.
  • Stays at Byron Bay over Summer (September 1 2026 to March 31 2027 ) will incur an additional fee of $20 per night.
  • Stays at Bondi Beach over Summer (September 1 2026 – March 31 2027) will incur an additional fee of $20 per night
  • Your DriftHound Pass is only valid for the period you have purchased
  • Unused nights will be forfeited.
